More than 13 years of experience in evaluation and monitoring of projects (funded by state social order, foreign grants), experience Impact Evaluation.

Author of analytical reports, manuals, articles, brochures.

More than 16 years of research experience (cabinet, field, qualitative and quantitative methods, development of tools, methodologies, strategies).

Experience in organizational development and capacity building, experience in management of resource center for NGOs and CSOs in 4 regions of northeastern Kazakhstan (2001-2006).

Maintaining tax, statistical reporting and accounting, accrual and payment of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget, accrual and transfer of salaries, preparation of financial reports for state, local and international grantors and clients.

Safina Vanda
